Rocudo is a group of people who love music. We love listening to it and, most importantly, we love making it. We are Musicians, Recording Engineers, PhDs, Computer Nerds etc and we bring our passion and experience to work every day.

When we started Rocudo way back, a few things struck us. To make music, you needed a pretty serious computer + pretty serious cash for complex software requiring a PhD to get the music out.

We thought: this is not right. Music should be easy and fun. And it should be online. Playable in Web pages. And on Smartphones. And so we set about to re-imagine the nature of music and how to create it, even for the inexperienced. And we looked around at the technology landscape and saw Web, Smartphone and Tablet technologies that we could use to play our brand of interactive music.

The ROCUDO Platform
So we built the Rocudo Platform, a set of concepts, under-the-hood technologies and nifty Apps that allow even inexperienced users to create & DJ music anywhere, anytime and share recordings with friends:

REMIX STUDIO Rocudo Studio makes music creation simple and engaging. Our ready-to-go Loops & Samples, visual interface and drag & drop actions make it easy to explore your Inner DJ. Studio takes care of sync, real time sound FX etc and saves a 4x4 DJ Deck which may be performed anywhere, anytime using any of our Deck Players.	DJ ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYHOW Perform your Rocudo music using a range of DJ Apps. Use a Flash Player for Desktop Web Browsers (and yes, it plays in Facebook), or an iPod/iPhone App when you're out & about. For Pro Features, our iPad App ups the game: more Control & FX, Pro Audio quality, Recordable Mixes and more.
